    Once the sculpturing is complete, the model is used as a prototype for mold making.

    After demolding, the model may have some excess edges or irregularities.
    Our craftsmen use specialized tools to trim away these unnecessary parts, ensuring that each model's shape is flawless. This process requires great patience and meticulous handcrafting skills to ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards.
  • 4. Polishing
    Once trimming is complete, the model enters the polishing stage.
    We use various polishing tools and materials to smooth the surface of the model, making it fine and smooth. This not only enhances the visual appeal of the model but also provides a good foundation for the subsequent painting process. Every detail in the polishing process is carefully handled to ensure a perfect final product.
